1. Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

We offer the following shipping options:

3. Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order and the shipping destination. We offer free standard shipping on all orders over ₹1000.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your order using the provided tracking number on the carrier's website.

5. Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to all 28 states in India and selected international destinations. Additional customs fees, taxes, or duties may apply for international orders and are the responsibility of the customer.

6. Undeliverable Packages

If a package is returned to us as undeliverable, we will contact you to confirm your shipping address. Additional shipping fees may apply to reship the order.

7. Missing or Stolen Packages

TheWhyte Store is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or damaged after delivery. Please ensure that someone is available to receive the package or provide delivery instructions to the carrier.

8. Incorrect Shipping Address

Please ensure that your shipping address is correct at the time of checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer. Additional shipping fees may apply to reship orders with incorrect addresses.

9. Order Changes & Cancellations

If you need to make changes to your order or cancel it, please contact us immediately. We cannot guarantee that we will be able to make changes or cancel your order if it has already been processed or shipped.
